Fillets arrive directly from a filleting machine on a conveyor. A 3D camera measures the volume or weight of the fillets. The fillets are sorted by different grades set by the user. Reusable boxes with different grades go into an automatic storage where a robot stacks the boxes. The robot delivers boxes to the production upon orders. The system also stores empty boxes and delivers them to the grader on demand.
